Tanácsadó szolgálat a zöldenergia hazai térnyeréséért

Abstract: A hazai zöldenergia-hordozó termelés és hasznosítás olyan lehetőség, amelynek kiaknázása hozzájárulhat hazánk energiaimport-függőségének csökkentéséhez, miközben segíti a kedvezőtlen szociális és termőhelyi viszonyok között élő gazdálkodókat és a lakosságot egy új jövedelemszerzési forráshoz való hozzájutásban. A hatékony zöldenergia-hordozó termelés és felhasználás olyan új tudás megszervezését és gyakorlati alkalmazását teszi szükségessé, amelynek közvetítésére adekvát szervezeti rendszer keretében működő Zöldenergia Tanácsadó Szolgálatot (ZETA) érdemes létrehozni és működtetni. A ZETA termelői érdekű tanácsadó szolgálat, amely a zöldenergia-termelők és -szolgáltatók hatékonyabb tevékenységét hivatott szolgálni – a vállalkozások különböző élethelyzeteihez igazított módon. A ZETA finanszírozása az első években hazai állami forrásokból, EU-alapokból, az igénybevevők befizetéseiből történik. Ezek a finanszírozási arányok a ZETA szolgáltatási palettájának gazdagodásával párhuzamosan egyre inkább a zöldenergia-termelők és -szolgáltatók javára fognak változni. ----------------- Exploiting the opportunity for domestic green power production and utilisation could contribute to a reduction in Hungary’s dependence on energy imports, while helping farmers and inhabitants living in disadvantageous social and production circumstances to access a new source of income generation. Effective production and utilisation of biomass requires the organisation and practical application of a knowledge, the transmission of which would best be served by the establishment and operation of a Green Power Consultancy Service (ZETA), operating within the framework of an adequate organisational system. ZETA would be a producer-oriented consultancy service, dedicated to serving the increased effectiveness of biomass producers and service-providers – in a manner that takes into account the businesses’ differing situations. In the early years, ZETA would be financed from Hungarian state resources, EU funds and user subscriptions. In tandem with an expansion in the range of services offered by ZETA, a greater share of its financing could be borne by the biomass producers and service-providers.
