Búzatermelés – olcsón vagy jól?

Abstract: Az utóbbi időben a mezőgazdasági termelők jó része elfordult az intenzív termeléstől, és költségkímélő módon kezdett gazdálkodni. Nem a körülményekhez képest legnagyobb termés betakarítása a cél, hanem a lehető legnagyobb profi t. Az elmúlt két év eredményeit vizsgálva kiderült, hogy a profi t mindenképpen nőtt a költségcsökkentéssel, ugyanakkor ez a szemlélet és gyakorlat hosszú távon jelentős agronómiai problémákat okozhat. ---------------------------------------- Recently a sizeable portion of agricultural producers have abandoned intensive production in favour of low-cost farming. Their goal is to make the most profit rather than to achieve the largest harvest possible under the circumstances. We set out to explore the economic consequences of this change in philosophy. Analysis of the results from the last two years revealed that cutting costs definitely led to increased profits, but this strategy may cause significant problems in agronomy on the long term.
