Abstract:
Plains Cotton Cooperative Association (PCCA) is a highly successful cotton cooperative that has consistently earned strong returns through value-added approaches. The case focuses on the strengths and linkages in PCCAs main businesses that have made it such a success. This provides an opportunity for students to apply value chain concepts and explore associated issues of vertical scope.
