CONSUMER ACCEPTABILITY OF FROZEN MEAT

Abstract: Authors investigate the probability of substituting frozen meat for fresh meat. Their findings indicate that the probability of success for frozen meat as a substitute for fresh meat has not changed significantly in the past twenty years.
