Changes in farm income in Poland in 2005–2018

Abstract:
The article assesses the development of income of Polish agricultural producers in the years 2005–2018, with particular attention paid to the nature of the trends in income changes in subsequent years. The analysis conducted allowed to indicate the persistently high variability of income, both at the level of the entire research sample and in individual economic size classes. In the case of farms with an economic size from 8 to 500 thousand euro SO, an increase in income was visible in the period 2005–2018, and the way it was shaped in subsequent years additionally had certain features of commutability.
