Concepts of the agricultural system in the context of the constitutions of selected European countries

Abstract:
The aim of the article is to present the fundamental solutions in the area of constitutional shaping of the agricultural system. A comparative legal analysis of agricultural system models leads to the indication of similarities and differences between six selected European countries. The results of the study allow us to see the influence of the socio-economic situation of the state on the content of the constitutional regulation. This article is based on the author’s master’s thesis entitled “The Constitutional Basis for Shaping the Agricultural System in the Republic of Poland”, awarded in the 2nd edition of the competition for the best master’s thesis in the field of rural development in the field of social sciences, organized by IRWiR PAN and EFRWP.
