Maciej J. Nowak
Village and Agriculture (Wieś i Rolnictwo), 2023, vol. 197, issue 4
Abstract:
The article contains a review of the current literature on the concept of territorial justice. The publication defines the latest contexts of the discussion on territorial justice and the way of understanding the relationships between territorial justice and spatial law and planning. Then, these aspects are presented in relation to the discussion on the Polish spatial planning system. Key areas have been distinguished, within which it is possible to link the concept of territorial justice with the conditions for the application of local spatial development plans. Further directions of discussion have been proposed.
