Abstract: Issue 51 (July-December 2020) of the Agroalimentaria Journal closes the volume on the occasion of 25 uninterrupted years of dissemination activities and popularization of specialized research. This traditional section includes three manuscripts and then gives way to the 25th Anniversary Dossier (Part II, with 11 articles), plus a section In Memoriam to Asdrubal Baptista Troconis and the usual section of Reviews and Miscellaneous.
