Abstract: It has been 25 years since Agroalimentaria first appeared (September 1995). Having reached this point is the result of the tenacious effort of those who have served as Editors and their teams of collaborators, of the referees and of a small group of sponsoring institutions such as CDCHTA-ULA, the Institutional Repository SABER-ULA and its staff, the Fundación Empresas Polar, the AIEA2, among others. As part of the issue 51 we offer the second part of the special 25th anniversary dossier, which includes eleven articles by prestigious researchers in Colombia, Costa Rica, Spain and Venezuela.
