Abstract: Dossier presentation Part I (Vol. 25, Nº 50, January-June 2020). Abstract: It has been 25 years since Agroalimentaria first appeared (September 1995). Having reached this point is the result of the tenacious effort of those who have served as Editors and their teams of collaborators, of the referees and of a small group of sponsoring institutions such as CDCHTA-ULA, the Institutional Repository SABER-ULA and its staff, the Fundación Empresas Polar, the AIEA2, among others. For this issue 50 we offer the first part of the special 25th anniversary dossier, which includes twelve (12) articles by prestigious researchers in France, Spain, the United States and Venezuela.
