Agroalimentaria Journal - Revista Agroalimentaria, vol. 31, issue 61

Abstract: This issue formally marks the 30th anniversary (26 September 1995) of the founding of Agroalimentaria journal, which was initially conceived as the scientific publication of the newly created Centre for Agri-Food Research at the University of Los Andes (ULA) in Venezuela (now named after one of its creators, engineer Edgar Abreu Olivo). This issue includes eight articles in the regular section from Azerbaijan, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico. In the 'Reviews and Miscellaneous' section, the readers will find four reviews. The first is about the international academic seminar, which was the main event of the 30th anniversary of CIAAL. The second is about the book «A geohistorical-relational approach to territorial configuration'. The Regional Block of the Venezuelan Andes: Deterritorialisation Over Time» (an e-book in Spanish by José J. Rojas López, professor at ULA-Venezuela); the third is a review of issue 49 of the Agricultural and Resource Economics Journal (Economía Agraria y Recursos Naturales-EARN; Vol. 25, No. 1, January–June 2025); and the last is concerning the issue 56 of the Agribusiness Review for Mexico and Latin America (Revista Mexicana de Agronegocios-SOMEXAA; Year XIX, Vol. 56, January–June 2025). As is customary at the end of the year, this issue includes the cumulative index for 2025.
