Abstract: This study aimed to know the impact of human resource management strategies practices in enhancing strategic flexibility in organizations, and the study started from a number of hypotheses, which are: There is an effect of the practices of human resource management strategies in enhancing strategic flexibility in organizations, there is an impact of the practices of human resource management strategies in its dimensions (recruitment and selection Training and development) in enhancing the flexibility of the organizations ’expansion in the markets, and there is an impact of the practices of human resource management strategies in its dimensions (attracting and selecting – training and development) in enhancing the flexibility to provide new services and products in the markets. There is a positive relationship between the efficiency and effectiveness of selection and appointment strategies in organizations and their institutional performance, and there is also a positive relationship between the efficiency and effectiveness of strategies for evaluating the performance of workers in organizations and their institutional performance, according to the report.
