Abstract: This paper addresses a very topical issue, namely the importance in assessing the company's financial accounts. Thus, after a brief role in evaluating company financial diagnosis and approaches related to the concept of financial balance, we presented the financial balance sheet in terms of logic building financial stability analysis. At the end of the paper were presented some conclusions.
