Anca Bandoi and Oana Gherghinescu

Finante - provocarile viitorului (Finance - Challenges of the Future), 2010, vol. 1, issue 12, 94-97

Abstract: Romania must focus on achieving net benefits from its participation to the European Union. One of the main drivers is the absorption of structural funds which is proven to bring strong positive effects at macroeconomic level. Starting from the HEROM model, the paper analyzes comparative scenarios – “with” and “without” structural funds in order to highlight the effects of the structural funds on various macroeconomic variables.
