Abstract:
The paper is concentrated on an observing and analyzing process of grown mutations on the labor market as a result of economic and social transformations from Romania, of the problems in this area, which tend to become one of the main obstacles for development, also the configuration of some social and more reasonable solutions. The purpose of this study is represented by a conservative and objective analysis of the working force dynamics and population activity in correlation with the economic evolution on a medium and extended period.
