Abstract:
The abuse of dominant power and State aid are two forms of anti-competitive policies regulated by the European Commission in the spirit of the Treaty on European Union functioning, Lisbon, 2007. They have adverse effects on the development of economic activity, distorting competition, favouring certain economic agents and affecting the consumers.
