Abstract: The aim of the paper is to analyse the impact of dynamic capabilities, business model and organizational culture on the digital transformation process of a traditional organization. Our approach will try to determine to what extent the success of the digital transformation journey is influenced by these three factors and this in spite of the novelty and the complexity of the question of digital transformation. Our research methodology is based on the critical analysis of the reports and of the Internet sources related to the digital transformation process. Our findings suggest that there is a strong dependency between the three elements, both in relation with each other and with digital transformation process.
