Abstract: The objective of this study is to evaluate the role of interactional justice as an important predictor for job satisfaction. A survey method was used to collect usable data from 97 employees of the largest courier and postal service provider in Malaysia. The outcomes of the SmartPLS path model analysis revealed three important findings. First, interactional justice was interrelated with job satisfaction. Second, interactional justice was interrelated with intrinsic job satisfaction. Third, interactional justice was interrelated with extrinsic job satisfaction. Therefore, this study confirmed that interactional justice may act as an important instrument to enhance employee’s job satisfaction and motivate them to strongly support organizational objectives and strategies. Further, discussion, implications, and conclusions are described.
