Abstract: The article presents causes of financial crisis from the first decade of the XXI century. The elaboration includes attempt of identification sources of world economy collapse in the context of political and economic institutions activity. Conducted analysis allows to indicate in what extend organizations have been operating on the basis of the social trust have contributed to the crisis, what mistakes they have made and by which motives they have been driven.
