A Model for Evaluating the Performance of Personnel in the Enterprise

Abstract: Personnel attestation is a personnel event designed to assess the compliance of the level of work, qualities and potential of the person with the requirements of the activities performed. The main purpose of appraisal is to identify reserves to increase employee commitment. The aim of the author in this paper is to look for the relationship between quantitative and qualitative indicators in the process of evaluating the activity of personnel in a manufacturing enterprise by constructing and approbating a mathematical model for evaluation. To achieve this goal, the author uses the methods of mathematical modeling. Despite the fact that many appraisal methods are known, the application of various mathematical models for personnel assessment can lead to the generation of better quality information that will provide better economic results. In this work, a mathematical model for assessing the activity of personnel in a production enterprise has been constructed and tested.
