Abstract: The article examines the modern aspects of the use of information, electronic communications and educational approaches in business and education. The study analyses modern methods of using electronic correspondence, video conferencing and online payment systems as management and training tools. The methodological approach is based on a comparative analysis of national and international experience, a study of practical cases from the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU). Particular attention is paid to the integration of practical experience into educational programs, which contributes to improving the quality of specialist training. As a result of the study, the key factors contributing to the successful implementation of digital technologies in business and education have been identified, as well as recommendations for optimising curricula and professional retraining have been proposed. The main conclusion of the article is that the combination of a professional approach to training, modern technologies and ethical business practices forms the basis for the successful development of both individual specialists and organisations in the conditions of globalisation and digitalisation.
