Abstract:
This paper presents an extended analysis of the challenges facing human resource management (HRM) in the modern organizational environment, based on empirical research. Through a survey and expert interviews with HR professionals, the study explores the key factors influencing employee motivation as well as the difficulties HR specialists face in the context of a rapidly evolving labor market. The results reveal that contemporary employees prioritize non-material factors such as recognition, personal development, and flexibility, while HR professionals must adapt to new generational expectations and a dynamic workplace culture. The extended analysis incorporates additional expert interview quotes and updated data from relevant sources to provide a more in-depth perspective on the topic.
