Abstract:
Differences tangibly exist in all facets of man's life and symbolize diversity, without which life would be boring and monotonous. Some differences should naturally be left as they are, while others require special attention in order to placo everything in its proper place to reach justice. Today, management of differences in the organizations is a fundamental necessity without which hard workers and poor performers cannot be differentiated and efficient employees will lose their incentive to work. This article attempts to study diverse dimensions of differences and stresses the importance of intra-organization collaboration to efficaciously manage differences.
