Abstract:
Electronic communications technology, especially the internet and email, Plays a crucial role in fostering communications,a feature that should not be overlooked. These technologies have penetrated man's personal and social life and left tremendous impacts. One dimension of peoples' lives in any given society, especially modern societies, is their relationship with the ruling government. Communication technologies can play a decisive role in this area, as they reduce service costs, offer continuous service and easy access, and enable data storage and exchange, among others. Apt and effective use of these technologies entails the formulation of laws and provision of well-organized management techniques. The present article studies the importance of electronic media, especially email, in the society's public management bodies that affect people-govermment interaction. It also focuses on how to justly and beneficially use this technology and ultimately offers suggestions for the government to more aptly and effectively utilize this technology.
