Abstract:
The main purpose of this paper is identifying factors affecting on BPR implementation, and prioritizing them in public organizations. First, with reviewing literature, were determined factors affecting BPR. The research questionnaire with 66 questions was provided and distributed in Research population (Government agencies in the city of Tehran). By using factor analysis test on research varuables, following factors based on priority were gained: 1) the readiness for change factor 2) Project Management factor 3) strategic productivity factor 4) e-human resources factor.
