Abstract: Today, the work ethics is a necessary and essential factor for a healthy society. In this regard, when the standards or moral values to be widely prevail among individuals, organizational success will increase. Therefore, in this study, we identify and analyze the factors that improved work ethic. This study is an applied and descriptive survey. Statistical populations are managers and experts of Yazd Regional Electric Company. In this research, questionnaires and interviews were used for data collection. In order to data analyzing, structural equation modeling is used. The results show that there are six factors affect on work ethic in Yazd Regional Electric Company. Results also confirm the model fitness and show that six factors have a significant effect on work ethics. The results show that organizational justice has the most effect on work ethics. Culture and management, commitment and incentive, training, freedom and recognition have been placed in next rank.
