Abstract: Sustainability of rural ICT offices is the ability to maintain competitive advantage or performance in the long-term and the continued development of the rural satisfaction over time. The main objective of this qualitative research is to identify factors affecting sustainability and to provide a business intelligence model for the sustainable management of rural ICT offices. The research study area was Isfahan province with 388 rural ICT offices. Using stratified random sampling, 50 offices were selected as the study sample. Semi-structured interviews were performed to obtain the required data. For data analysis, content analysis was performed in two stages and 7 different major indicators together with 37 variables of sustainability were identified for rural ICT offices. The main indicators are: individual characteristics of managers, social factors, economic factors, technological factors, location of offices, services and organizational factors. Based on the extracted variables, business intelligence model is designed for the sustainable management of offices. This model can play a vital role to help the rural ICT offices to implement and monitor sustainable practices
