Abstract:
This paper is based on the recent development to literature on organizational culture and its role in management thory and practices. Based on the review of literature, both management theories and organizational culture the author finds significant interrelation and interaction between the management theory and the systems of shared values, norms and behaviors held by the people in a given organization.
