Abstract:
In this article are analyzed the role and tasks of HR-marketing in the labor market. The importance of marketing in the modern, everchanging conditions of the labor market functioning is discussed. Also, in the work are defi ned: the content, goals, tasks and functions of this type of functional management of human resources in the course of its implementation.
