Abstract: The article deals with problematic issues of the regulation in Ukraine of legal relations in the field of protection of the inventor’s property rights in the industrial property object. The author of the article developed a mechanism aimed at improving the legislation of Ukraine in the field of protection of an inventor’s property rights in an industrial property object created in connection with the implementation of an employment contract.
