Abstract: Transferul de tehnologii şi proprietatea intelectuală sunt foarte strâns şi direct legate. În acest context, tehnologia este un obiect nematerial ce poate include în sine mai multe obiecte de proprietate intelectuală, cum sunt invențiile, modelele industriale, mostrele industriale, secretul comercial, documentația tehnică şi tehnologică. Tehnologia poate fi tratată ca un obiect complex al proprietății intelectuale, drepturile de proprietate asupra tehnologiei sunt drepturi ce protejează obiectul proprietății intelectuale.
