Abstract:
When we speak about divorce, the natural question that appears is - what would be the best to choose: administrative divorce, the fastest procedure and maybe less traumatic, or judicial divorce, which means advocates to whom we present our claims and problems, a law court with difficult rules and much wasted time? When we talk about divorce, without children, the things are simpler but when minor children are involved, it is required total implication. Regardless of the option we choose, our priority is to think about the children and their best interests and their real needs. In view of the current legislative possibilities in the matter of divorce, we shall analyze and point out the legal option of maximum interest and efficiency for children.
