Abstract:
Following the study of the morphocultural and biosynthetic properties of micromycetes, depending on the nutrient medium used, it was established that the culture medium significantly affects both the morphocultural and biosynthetic characteristics of the strains studied. The optimal nutrient medium for the studied strains is malt agar. Micromycete strains cultivated on this medium have a higher sensitivity to the pathogens Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus and Paenibacillus larvae compared to the tested nutrient media of Czapek, Sabouraud and starch-ammonia.
