Abstract:
The liberalization of market relations offered special opportunities to the business fi eld that led to the generation of profits with the involvement of goods and services where one and the same product can be involved in commercial relations several times, it being important that this product present value and be held in possession by the person concerned. A category of products, interesting for the business field, has become the one focused on intellectual products, these having a high capacity to generate profits especially in the digital era in which we are and largely due to the increased accessibility of these objects and the immaterial aspect thereof, the only problem being the enforcement of copyright, especially the right to remuneration of the authors, in this sense there is the eternal conflict between those who want “high” royalties for copyrights and those who do not want to pay anything for the use of these rights. Certain situations in this category of conflicts are subject to analysis in this article.
