Abstract:
The aim of the study was to prove the economic and environmental advantages of installing photovoltaic sources in the power supply systems of some agricultural product processing enterprises. In order to achieve the aim, the performance in terms of how to install, connect and meter the photovoltaic system for green electricity generation was analyzed. As an example, agricultural product processing enterprises were selected and the basic parameters of the electrical installations in the premises of these enterprises were established, and the choice of the type of photovoltaic installation was technically and economically justified according to the required power. Thus, the advantages of installing such a power supply system, which allows a significant increase in energy efficiency and has a short investment recovery period, were proved.
