Miami University: A case study of young alumni programmes

Abstract:
As the demographics of college campuses are changing, so must the programmes that keep alumni engaged. By better understanding the demographics, inclinations and tendencies of the millennial generation, higher education institutions will be better prepared to create authentic and engaging opportunities for connection. This paper focuses on Miami University and several of its young alumni programmes.
