Abstract:
This paper shows how UTHealth developed a non-endowed reporting programme across giving tiers, strategically engaging donors based on their interests through a segmented process. With the concerns and interests of its donors foremost on their minds, UTHealth’s stewardship and development communications team sparked excitement across the university to grow donor communications and engagement opportunities, ultimately advancing philanthropic giving at all levels.
