Abstract:
This study will start from the current background of government policies and administration of higher vocational education development in Hebei Province and thoroughly investigate the main problems affecting the reform and development of vocational education in Hebei Province. By introducing Taoist thought, it effectively improves the many deficiencies in educational administration of Hebei Vocational and Technical Colleges, which is not only conducive to improving the internal administration level and service quality of the colleges, but also conducive to creating a more harmonious and efficient learning environment for teachers and students. The ultimate goal is to achieve a new educational administration model that meets the requirements of the times and philosophical concepts and lay a solid foundation for cultivating first-class talents.
