Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the impact of smart management on achieving the strategic goals of Saudi educational institutions. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The study also used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to a random sample of the study population consisting of (410) educational staff at the University of Bisha. The data was analyzed using the statistical package program (SPSS) to reach the results. The results showed a high degree of appreciation for smart management at the University of Bisha. The results also indicated a high level of strategic objectives at the University of Bisha. The results of testing the study hypotheses showed a statistically significant effect at the significance level (0.05) of smart management in its dimensions (smart planning, smart organization, smart control) on achieving the strategic goals of Saudi educational institutions. The study concluded with several recommendations.
