Worker support and union recognition in Britain

P. B. Beaumont

Industrial Relations Journal, 1981, vol. 12, issue 3, 58-64

Abstract: Phil Beaumont examines the influence of reported characteristics in Section 12 and reports on the likelihood of a union receiving an ACAS recommendation for recognition. The results suggest that the ACAS decision took account of more than simply the number of respondents favouring the union.
