Macro‐ and microthesauri: Changes occurring in MeSH‐derived thesauri and a solution to some related search handicaps

Abstract: This article explores changes that can occur during the creation of a derivative thesaurus. A term translation dictionary is proposed to aid MeSH‐trained and other searchers who would be using the Cancer Information Thesaurus.
