Planning for office automation

Abstract: Office automation promises significant benefits for the organization, but there are significant risks as well. Planning for change can reduce those risks. This article outlines a practical approach to planning. The Focused Process Approach Is a synthesis of the Problem Solving and Participatory Planning approaches.
