Abstract:
The Integrated Information Center concept is conceived as a response to the fragmentation in media and sources of information, and the concomitant breach in information services, particularly between Information Systems and the library. The range of information services which can be offered through department level Integrated Information Centers varies with the nature and level of personnel and technological support available. © 1991 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
