Abstract:
In recent years a remarkable development is shown in the, field of ecomomic forecasting. Specially this holds with regard to the “Central Economic Plans”, the investment polls and the Business Test. In the latter “test” the managers of enterprises themselves are forecasting their own future activities and certain external factors. This paper contains some reflections about the merits as well as the deficiencies of these forecasts.
