Enige statistische aspecten van de factoranalyse*

Abstract: In this report attention is paid to the hypotheses of Factor Analysis. The author makes a distinction between Component Analysis and Factor Analysis. Some statistical objectives of Factor Analysis are formulated and a summary of some known statistical techniques of Factor Analysis is given.
