Abstract:
The application of statistical methods on experiments in a pharmacological laboratory. Statistical analysis of various laboratory data demonstrated: (1) the necessity of the application of randomisation procedures in experiments in which mice or rats of different weights are used, (2) the fact that the technical aspects of a chemical determination can be of importance for the experimental design, (3) a case of spurious correlation.
