Abstract: Theoretische aspecten van sequente proefopzetten Er wordt een korte beschrijving gegeven van de theoretische achtergrond van afgeknotte sequente schema's. Deze methoden zijn het verste ontwikkeld voor de situatie, waarin de waarnemingen bestaan uit een serie preferenties voor één van twee te vergelijken behandelingen. Ook aan enige recente ontwikkelingen voor continue grootheden wordt in dit artikel aandacht besteed.
