Abstract:
Analysis of variance with the aid of a computer The outlines are given of a multi‐purpose program for the analysis of a factorial design with at most four factors by means of an electronic computer. Special attention is paid to its possibilities and to the difficulties which can arise in designing such a program, that is to be used for more than one purpose, e.g. for a simple Student‐test as well as for fitting regression lines, testing their parallelism and determining their horizontal distances.
