DESIGNING EXPERIMENTS TO FIT AND VALIDATE REGRESSION MODELS

Abstract: A graphical procedure is proposed for selecting designs suitable for estimation and validation of linear regression models. The procedure is exemplified with polynomial regression involving one and two explanatory variables.
