Abstract: Order dependence On June 21, 1985, B.F. Schriever received the doctors degree in the mathematical and physical science from the Vrije Universiteit at Amsterdam. Promotor and copromotor were Prof. Dr. J. Oosterhoff and dr. R.D. Gill and referent was Prof. Dr. J. de Leeuw. His thesis was prepared at the Mathematisch Centrum and at the Vrije Universiteit, both at Amsterdam.
